A very simple and healthy recipe which is basically a mixture of three or more veggies. It has multiple flavors of different vegetables which also makes it quite nutritious.This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables in your house.
|Olive oil||1 teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1/2 teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 teaspoon|
|Garam Masala powder||1 teaspoon|
|Coriander Powder||1 teaspoon|
|Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Cottage Paneer/Cheese||50 gms|
|Cauliflower chopped||1/2 cup|
|Potatoes chopped||1/2 cup|
|French Beans chopped||1/4 cup|
|Carrots chopped||1/4 cup|
|Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Ginger & Garlic||1 pack|
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.Add green chillies.
Add Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Ginger) and mix well.
Tip: Just before you starting to cook, take our tadka out from the freezer and put it in a hot water bowl to make soft to use.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir it for few minutes.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the masala and cook it on high flame for 5 minutes.
Add water to your consistency and cover it to cook for 15-20 minutes and you are done. Yay!
Garnish it with fresh Coriander.
