Matar paneer Masala

Matar Paneer is one of the most popular Indian dish which is cooked in every single house almost twice a week. Cook this classic veggie recipe of Cheese and peas with onion tomato masala enriched in high protein, calcium and other nutrients. It just takes 15 minutes to cook and you are ready to serve. It is a super quick recipe to make when you are in a hurry. It can be a special meal as well for your guests.


Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Ginger & Garlic) 1 Pack
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Peas(Frozen/Fresh) 1/2 cup
Paneer 250 gms
Salt To taste
Fresh Coriander Handful
Green Chilli 1-2


Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chillies.

Step 2

Add Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Ginger) and mix well.
Tip: Just before you starting to cook, take our tadka out from the freezer and put it in a hot water bowl to make soft to use.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder , chilli powder and salt. Stir it for few minutes.

Step 4

Add panner and peas to the masala and cover it to cook for 10-15 minutes and you are done. Yay!

Step 5

Garnish it with fresh Coriander if you have.
