This masala chicken recipe is so flavourful, mouth-watering and delicious that you can not stop licking your fingers at the end. It pairs great with rice, naan or chappati. There are many ways to make it but this one is the most simple yet delicious recipe to enjoy with your family.
|Olive oil||1 teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1/2 teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 teaspoon|
|Garam Masala powder||1 teaspoon|
|Coriander Powder||1 teaspoon|
|Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|chicken masala||1/2 teaspoon|
|Chicken (BreastFillets/Drumsticks)||580 gms|
|Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Ginger & Garlic||1 pack|
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.Add green chillies.
Add Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Ginger) and mix well.
Tip: Just before you starting to cook, take our tadka out from the freezer and put it in a hot water bowl to make soft to use.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, chilli powder and salt. Stir it for few minutes.
Add the chicken to the masala and cook it on high flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add water to your consistency and cover it to cook for 15-20 minutes and you are done. Yay!
Garnish it with fresh Coriander.
