A quick, simple and delicious egg gravvy is highly enriched in Protein, Vitamin D and many more. Weather it pairs with plain rice or chappati or biryani, it tastes yum and makes your meal special.
|Olive oil||1 teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1/2 teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 teaspoon|
|Garam Masala powder||1 teaspoon|
|Coriander Powder||1 teaspoon|
|Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Ginger & Garlic||1 Pack|
For Eggs to boil: Take a pan of water and gently put the eggs in it. Boil them for 10 mins. Once the eggs are cooled down, remove the shells and cut them into halves.
On the other side for masala: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add green chilli as well.
Add Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Ginger) and mix well.
Tip: Just before you starting to cook, take our tadka out from the freezer and put it in a hot water bowl to make soft to use.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir it for few minutes.
Add water and the above boiled eggs into the masala and cover it to cook for 10-15 minutes and you are done. Yay!
Garnish it with fresh Coriander.
