Egg Curry Masala

A quick, simple and delicious egg gravvy is highly enriched in Protein, Vitamin D and many more. Weather it pairs with plain rice or chappati or biryani, it tastes yum and makes your meal special.


Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Green Chilli 1-2
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs 4
Salt To taste
Fresh Coriander Handful
Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Ginger & Garlic 1 Pack


Step 1

For Eggs to boil: Take a pan of water and gently put the eggs in it. Boil them for 10 mins. Once the eggs are cooled down, remove the shells and cut them into halves.

Step 2

On the other side for masala: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add green chilli as well.

Step 3

Add Tadka House - Tadka (Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Ginger) and mix well.
Tip: Just before you starting to cook, take our tadka out from the freezer and put it in a hot water bowl to make soft to use.

Step 4

Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir it for few minutes.

Step 5

Add water and the above boiled eggs into the masala and cover it to cook for 10-15 minutes and you are done. Yay!

Step 6

Garnish it with fresh Coriander.
